What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type: your name, company if you give it, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. We also keep a reference number and the time you sent it.
The free tools run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored.
Why, and who sees it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. [[confirm: who can see enquiries]]. We do not sell your details or add you to mailing lists.
Where it is kept and for how long
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. [[confirm: retention period, for example 24 months]], after which they are deleted.
